This week's assignment: Element of Art - "Color"
  1.  Carefully draw a border around the edge of your sketchbook page. Trace with black marker.
  2. Write the title, "Elements of Art - Color" in large letters across the top. Trace with black marker.
  3. Write the definition of color: three primary colors - red, blue, yellow - are used to make all others.
  4. Draw a large circle, about the size of a CD (you can use one to trace). Write "Color Wheel" above or below.
  5. Draw lines with a ruler to divide the circle into six sections.
  6. Write the names of the primary colors: Red, Yellow and Blue with a space between them. Then write the names of the secondary coors: Orange, Green and Purple in the remaining slots. Trace all the lines with marker and color or paint accordingly.
Below is my example. Be creative and have fun!
